💳 How does booking and payment work?
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
Once your deposit is received, your date is officially secured.
📅 What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Deposit’s are non-refundable, but event’s can be rescheduled within one year of your original date.
🚚 Is delivery included?
Delivery is included for locations within 10 miles of Bethesda, MD. If you are located outside of that radius we offer delivery for $2.00 per additional mile each way.
🧸 What ages are your event’s best for?
Our packages are designed with specific age groups in mind.
Manual is perfect for ages 18 months - 3 years
Automatic is best for ages 3 - 6
Build is fun for all ages!
If you’re hosting a mixed-age group, we’re happy to help curate the best setup for your party.
⏱️ How long is the rental?
All packages include a 3-hour rental window. This allows plenty of time for play while keeping the experience fresh and engaging for little ones.
Additional time is available upon request at $75/hour.
📍 What kind of space do I need?
Manual and build packages are great for any space! Indoor or outdoor.
The automatic package works best on flat outdoor surfaces like backyards, driveways, or parks.
